The Healthy Minds Team are collaborating with the charity CREST for a 'Tea & Talk' park visit. The Healthy Minds Team and CREST are dedicated to increasing awareness and improving access to mental health support in South Tyneside.
This event was a huge success and we will soon be sharing photos of all of the fun we had. Thank you to CREST for inviting us along!
CREST (Compact for Race Equality in South Tyneside) is a registered charity which aims to promote racial equality and assist people from communities in South Tyneside (and further afield) to enjoy a better quality of life by supporting those in need to gain access in education, training and employment, to raise aspirations and to ensure their voices are heard.
