Information alert

Our fantastic Young People's Group recently reviewed the website for us:

  • I think the parent workshops are really helpful as some parents are not understanding of mental health and do not really get the concept, it’s good that parents are able to learn how to support their children efficiently
  • Easy to use and really clear what the different sections are for, the find out more things are helpful as a teen struggling with mental health may not have the support or the knowledge to know how to deal with their poor mental health - the referral process sections are really helpful I think as it helpful to understand what doctors or other health professionals are talking about and how they will be referred.
  • I like the Colour scheme as it makes it engaging and easy to use
  • Explaining what things mean - makes feel like they’re not stupid and gives them a chance to fully understand without feeling embarrassed
  • Improvements : maybe a number to call if people are especially struggling they may benefit from a helpline / making it easier to see - easier to access

  • I loved how the website had a search bar, making it easy to access information quickly. I also loved how the website was colourful, which attracts the reader and keeps them engaged. However, I think an improvement would be for the website to have an easier way to contact a person for any enquires.
