They can use their own lived experience to connect with people and help by:
•    Giving a sense of hope and wellbeing.
•    Supporting to gain a sense of control over their lives.
•    Helping people to identify their strengths and build resilience.
•    Help people learn ways to cope.
•    Help set goals for recovery.
•    Help’s people connect with community resources and support networks.

We work in the most suitable and comfortable place for the person.
This could be:
•    Local drop-in groups and cafes.
•    As part of community and voluntary organisations.
•    In a client’s home.
•    Health Centres.
•    Clinics.
•    GP Practices.
•    Community Hubs.
