Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s theme is “Action” — reminding us that even the smallest positive step can make a big difference to our wellbeing. Mental Health Awareness Week | Mental Health Foundation
As SATs and GCSE season begins, we want every young person to remember:
-
You are more than a test score
-
It’s okay to ask for help
-
Trying your best is enough
-
Rest is productive too
-
Your feelings matter
To our amazing Year 6s preparing for SATs 📚Take one question at a time, breathe deeply, and believe in yourself. You have worked so hard and should feel proud of how far you’ve come.
To our Year 11 students facing GCSEs ✏️Exams are important, but so is your wellbeing. Make time for breaks, sleep, movement, and talking to someone you trust when things feel overwhelming.
✨ Positive actions for this week:
• Check in with a friend
• Take regular revision breaks
• Practice positive self-talk
• Spend time outdoors
