Some of our team have been working closely to develop a new self-esteem group for children, designed to support those experiencing difficulties with confidence and friendships.

We recognise that many children can struggle with self-belief and this group aims to provide a safe, supportive environment where children can come together to share experiences and learn from one another.

Through a range of engaging and age-appropriate activities, children will have the opportunity to build confidence, develop social skills, strengthen resilience, and enhance their overall sense of wellbeing—while also having fun.

This group forms part of our ongoing commitment to early intervention and supporting positive mental health outcomes for children and young people.

You can find out more about the group by viewing the group leaflet here.
