Staff from Gateshead Talking Therapies will be at Blaydon and Winlaton Family Hub on 
Thursday 4th September, between 1pm and 3pm, to chat about how to access support for your mental health needs, to answer questions about the therapies we offer, and to explain how to self-refer to our service.
