We are having so much fun at the moment delivering our Understanding Myself intervention with the Toby Henderson Trust at the Autism Hub in South Shields.
This is the first time we have delivered this at the Autism Hub so thank you to all those who attended our first session. We are running this course for six weeks over the school holidays. It is for children and young people in South Tyneside aged between 10-13 and an accompanying parent/carer. No diagnosis is needed to attend these sessions. We currently offer this intervention as a group within South Tyneside schools and as a 1-1 treatment following a referral to our service.
