As you may already be aware our North Team base is moving premises from Southwick Primary School to, Monkwearmouth Health Centre.
Southwick premises will close on Thursday 27th February 2026 and the team will reopen from Monkwearmouth Health Centre Monday 16th March 2026.
Sunderland Community CYPMHS team bases remain fully operational from Valley Road Primary School and Wessington Primary school , and there is no change to phone number or email address.
