Healthy Heads practitioner Hannah Dawson linked with Lyndsey Ritchie at Town End Farm Academy to organise a 'Brunch with the boys' event aimed at the dads of children who attend the school.
Space North East, a regional mental health charity, were at the event to help signpost any of the dads in attendance to where they can get help if they are struggling with their mental health or may do in the future. Click the link to find out more about Space North East
