#HelloYellow Campaign 
This World Mental Health Day, the Healthy Heads Team are taking part in the #HelloYellow campaign.
#HelloYellow takes place each year on World Mental Health Day and is a day where lots of people, including thousands of schools across the UK, dress up in yellow. The campaign is organised by the charity YoungMinds which supports children and young people with their mental health. By taking part in #HelloYellow, we're making sure that young people don't feel alone with their mental health, and that it's okay to not feel okay sometimes.
Most importantly, we want to share the resources which YoungMinds offer to support children, young people, parents, carers and schools if you ever need help and advice. This includes:
